Primary Responsibilities

•Follow up on claims and get them resolved
•Research and try to come up with opportunities to collect more money on claims
•Identify trends and analyze them.
•Recognize, document and escalate issues to supervisor
•Recommend process improvements
•Maintain daily productivity reports
•Achieve set productivity and quality benchmarks.
•Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities
•Provide on the job support for trainees
Work hours: Night shift.
