Responsibilities:

•Handling EPABX Board / Extension list update

•Monitor fax - Incoming / outgoing / monitoring courier service

•Vendor management for all the services

Pantry/ Housekeeping : Indenting, procuring & inventory / Arranging/ Procuring newspapers

Front Office ambience

•Monitoring of Stationery ( stock inventory, indent & procuring)

•Manage the delivery of facility services of House keeping / security services.

•Processing of bills and follow ups for payments

•Building & Utility Maintenance

• Supervision of regular day to day activities
